Operations Coordinator - Emiratisation Role

Sobha Constructions is a fast-growing construction company in the Middle East with a vision to be a pioneer in redefining the quality standards in construction. We are looking to hire an individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency across various departments.
2. Work closely with department heads and staff to address any operational challenges, resolve issues, and support team members in achieving objectives.
3. Monitor and maintain operational standards to ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
4. Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining filing systems, and managing communications.

Requirements:

1. UAE Nationals (Emirati) who has completed their Graduation.
2. Family Book.
3. 0 to 3 years of experience.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
