Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, ensuring a smooth flow of shipments and deliveries.
• Collaborate with various departments (sales, operations, etc.) to track and update shipment statuses.
• Prepare and maintain export documentation for shipments, including customs forms, invoices, and other related documents.
• Monitor and update shipment trackers to ensure timely deliveries, addressing any delays or issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and shipping partners to ensure accurate and efficient logistics management.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, including email correspondence.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic workplace.
• Basic knowledge of export documentation (preferred but not mandatory).
