Operations Associate

MCG Talent are working closely with a top crypto/blockchain business to help them find an Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations of the business in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the company e.g. process documentation and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution, providing operational inputs and support throughout the process.
• Support the operations team in planning, forecasting and executing on chain transactions.
• Help manage the implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
• Independently track and manage onchain operations and transaction flows.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years in operations. Preferably coming with 1+ years experience within the cryptocurrency and blockchain space but not a must.
• Must have interest in the crypto/blockchain world.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Possess strong attention to details and solid analytical skills.
