Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operations Assistant (Web3 / Recruitment) at BlockDelta. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for assisting in a variety of areas which include recruitment, resourcing, along with an aspect of sales support and delivery.

Experience and Requirements

1. Operations and Operations Management skills
2. Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
3. Customer Service proficiency
4. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
5. Proficiency in web3 technologies and blockchain concepts
6. Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field
8. An understanding of Recruitment (Web3 / AI) and a desire to further your career in this area
9. Attending Web3 Events locally and internationally and a willingness to promote company brand to an international audience
10. Managing and promoting Social platforms
