Operations Analyst
My client, a global leader in the FMCG sector, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to streamline and execute supply chain processes while ensuring exceptional service to customers across the region. As the primary contact for customer-related issues, you will manage demand-to-order and order-to-delivery workflows for finished goods and advertising materials. The role involves liaising with internal teams and external partners to achieve service excellence across assigned territories.
What you'll do
SAP processing and maintenance
• Order processing for both finished goods and POS material and complete responsibility for entire order to availability cycle for assigned markets.
• Processing of:
• Maintenance of all SAP master data:
• Online processing, checking and approval of all purchase invoices.
• Month end and year end SAP system reconciliations and closure.
Provision of customer service, reporting and support for related issues in Supply Chain
• Proactive customer correspondence, coordination for planning and execution of all deliveries on time to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Highlight customer issues and operational difficulties in the market and provide data/analysis to assist the business to make tactical and strategic decisions.
• Ensure product availability against sales forecasts/orders from customers and service levels in terms of transit times etc.
• Building a strong relationship with the customer which serves as a platform for future growth.
• Handling damage claims from customers and processing with SAP including the handling of any customer complaints.
• Covering for colleagues in times of absenteeism (holiday, sickness etc.).
• Managing any other country-specific tasks that may arise pertinent to an assigned country (e.g. Shipping and docs formula 1 car or trade show equipment…).
• To ensure that required weekly and monthly reports are submitted or retrieved on time.
• To support in the streamlining and creation of effective department and business processes.
Issue all export and import relevant documents for customers and partners

Salary AED 23,000 – 25,000/ per month (Inclusive of allowance) plus additional benefits (family friendly).
