Work with sales, logistics, and production planning groups to ensure customer satisfaction relative to delivery schedules and commitments.
Follow up with the sales team for new orders.
Review monthly sales and customer sales and highlight to the management.
Coordinate with customers for delivery schedules and follow up on new orders and forecasts.
Prepare documents such as quotations, invoices, stock agreements, etc.
Coordinate with customers and management regarding new project schedules.
Prepare all export documents including COO, health certificates, etc.
Meet the expectations of customers by managing deliveries promptly and securing recurring business.
Stay up to date with the latest order and production management best practices and concepts.
Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.
Maintain contracts of customers and updates in the system from time to time.
Be responsible for price lists and stock checks.
Follow up with customers to get forecasts in order to acquire raw materials and packaging goods to avoid delays in deliveries.
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery, truck utilization, and cost control.
Coordinate with the accounts team for customer invoices, credit notes, payments, and stock checks.
Answer customer queries by email and telephone.
Engage in any other sales-related activities as required by management from time to time.
Liaise between the production team and sales team.
Book orders in the system for production and delivery.
Pre-plan and schedule customer delivery requests.
Make and check quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
Update daily work on the ERP system and ensure there are no discrepancies.
Provide timelines to customers.
Liaise with shipping forwarders.
