Operation Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in the fast-paced Forex trading industry. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in operations or customer support—however, fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and a passion for the industry are also welcome to apply.

You will play a critical role in supporting operational processes, handling client inquiries, assisting with reporting, and contributing to market research to enhance internal decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional customer support to clients through email, phone, and live chat.
• Assist in the onboarding process including KYC verification, account activation, and document review.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as transaction monitoring, internal coordination, and updating CRM systems.
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational and performance reports for internal use.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client queries and ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Escalate unresolved issues or process gaps to management for action.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or customer service, preferably within the Forex or financial services industry.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic exposure and strong interest in financial markets will also be considered.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel; experience with CRM or trading platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
