The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the business setup process, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Onboarding & Support:
   • Guide clients through the business setup journey, offering support on regulatory requirements and documentation.
   • Ensure a seamless and professional onboarding experience for new clients.
2. Documentation & Compliance:
   • Prepare and review documentation for trade licenses, immigration, and other government formalities.
   • Liaise with government bodies to ensure compliance and timely approvals.
   • Stay updated on UAE laws and regulations impacting business setup.
3. Process Management:
   • Manage the full cycle of the business setup process — from consultation to final approvals.
   • Develop and optimize internal workflows to improve operational efficiency.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
   • Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
   • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
5. Administrative Tasks:
   • Maintain organized client records and documentation.
   • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery and handle general administrative duties.
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, legal, and marketing.
   • Support knowledge sharing and contribute to strategic team discussions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Sound knowledge of UAE immigration laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in handling government portals is a plus.
