Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Customer Support field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with clients and departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Preparing quotations and forwarding them to clients.
  3. Coordinate between the departments to ensure the smooth running of operations.
  4. Responsible for the timely completion of the job as agreed with the customer.
  5. Maintaining and keeping all the files of their respective department as and when required.
  6. Assisting the Receiving and Dispatch department in checking the correctness of received goods on request or as per the requirement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  2. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales within the UAE.
  3. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills & interpersonal skills.
  5. Must be able to complete multiple assignments within a reasonable period and meet deadlines.
  6. Strong technical knowledge of testing and measuring equipment.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
