Role Summary: This is a pivotal role, requiring a functional expert who will lead operational excellence, transformation, and wider operational capabilities across a diverse portfolio of companies, with a focus on driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement strategies to optimise operational performance across portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
2. Develop frameworks to standardise best practices across global operations while respecting the unique requirements of each company.
3. Advise and collaborate with portfolio company leadership teams on strategies for integration, scaling, and sustainable growth.
4. Establish metrics and KPIs to track performance improvements and identify growth opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Experience: 15+ years across a top strategy consulting firm with a proven track record in Operations at a corporate or a PE portfolio business.
2. Language Skills: Fluency in English.
3. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver high-value, independent projects that create business impact.
4. Sector Experience: Experience in manufacturing or industrials.
