Onboarding Specialist (KYC – Corporate Accounts) | Dubai, United Arab Emirates | up to 20-30 AED

The Opportunity

An international financial services firm is looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist (KYC) to join its Dubai-based team. This role focuses on onboarding corporate clients across various jurisdictions and structures, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new corporate accounts and periodic reviews of existing clients.
• Review and verify KYC documentation, assess risks, and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Screen accounts for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media, escalating any red flags to the appropriate compliance lead.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal stakeholders and external (prospective) clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Contribute to the continuous development and optimization of the onboarding framework.

What We're Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in KYC/AML.
• Experience in the crypto or broader financial services industry is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage workload independently.
• Familiarity with FATF Recommendations is advantageous.
