Role Overview
As the On Wing Support Technician, you will:
- Take ownership for and follow through on full scope of work tasks and projects;
- Inform and focus on the needs of customers;
- Build customer relationships through good communication skills and understanding of customer perspectives;
- Ensure all technical activities are performed with respect to the highest level of quality and safety;
- Focus on LEAN improvements.
The Ideal Candidate
- Line maintenance, engine changes, module removal & installation, or LRU removals and installations;
- Demonstrated quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction skills;
- LEAN mindset and improvement drive;
Required Qualifications
- English language proficiency, secondary education, and over 21 years old;
- Human Factors in Aviation Maintenance and Air Legislation (Part 66 Module 9 & 10) training;
- Degree/Diploma/Certificated course in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering / Part 66 license / A&P;
- Proven experience record from MRO organization in the last 2 years;
- Ability and willingness to travel on short notice to domestic and international air locations for engine maintenance tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Eighteen months documented aircraft gas turbine engine maintenance experience;
- Six months documented aircraft gas turbine engine maintenance experience in the last 2 years;
- Approach work with a "can-do" attitude and a sense of commitment to both team and customer objectives;
- Prior Co-op or internship experience within On Wing Support;
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability are a must;
- Possess a desire to learn and grow with advances in technology;
- New generation aircraft engines experience and knowledge;
- Attention to detail and quality/safety focus;

- Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively;
- Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed;
