We are seeking an experienced Omni-Channel Brand & Communications Designer to join our team, focusing on creating a cohesive, impactful visual identity and communication strategy across all customer touchpoints. This includes VM (visual merchandising), social media, website, app, marketing campaigns, performance marketing, promotional banners, and in-store displays. As part of our dynamic and fast-paced organization, you will produce both static graphic designs and multimedia assets (videos/films) that drive engagement and align with our brand's strategic goals across the GCC region, particularly in the UAE and KSA.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Identity & Communication Development: Design and implement a unified visual identity and communication style across online and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency and alignment.
Omni-Channel Design Execution: Adapt designs for various platforms, including website, app, VM, social media, and in-store displays, while maintaining a cohesive brand experience.
Marketing Creative Design: Develop impactful visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, and performance marketing, effectively communicating brand messages and driving customer engagement.
Multimedia Content Creation: Create engaging multimedia assets, including videos, animations, and promotional films, to support storytelling across various channels.
Regional Expertise: Leverage a deep understanding of the GCC market, especially the UAE and KSA, to tailor designs and messaging that resonate with local preferences and cultural nuances.
Collaborative Design in Figma: Use Figma to design, prototype, and collaborate on projects, ensuring seamless feedback and teamwork across departments.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and retail teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across touchpoints.
Creative Ideation: Bring innovative and resourceful ideas to every project, finding fresh ways to engage and inspire our audience.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects effectively, adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications
Experience: 5-7 years in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing omni-channel brand work in fashion or lifestyle industries, and experience in the GCC market (specifically UAE and KSA).
Languages: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
Design Tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and video editing software (such as After Effects or Premiere Pro).
Creative Vision: A highly creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for building inspiring brand experiences and effective communication.
Marketing Acumen: Skilled in producing engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, and performance marketing.
Multimedia Expertise: Skilled in producing both static and video content, with knowledge of current trends in video production and social media engagement.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
