Partner with the best

The FP&A Lead is a key strategic partner within the finance team, responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the region. This role involves collaborating with regional leadership to provide actionable insights, drive decision-making, and optimize financial performance. The successful candidate will build and maintain robust financial models, support strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with corporate and regional financial policies.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
• Collaborating with regional and business unit leaders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Providing timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to track performance against plans.
• Developing KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational and financial performance.
• Working closely with operational teams to evaluate business opportunities, risks, and strategies.
• Offering financial guidance to regional leadership for investment decisions and cost optimization.
• Building and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc analysis.
• Conducting sensitivity analysis to assess financial impact under varying scenarios.
• Streamlining and standardizing financial planning and reporting processes across the region.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.
• Have a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Have strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan).
• Have exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Have proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Have strong business acumen and understanding of key operational drivers in a multinational environment.
• Have experience in a regional or multi-country role within a fast-paced, dynamic organization; experience in the Oil and Gas Services sector is a plus.
• Preferably have knowledge of industry-specific trends and challenges.
• Be highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Be able to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
