About the job:

The role holder will be responsible for handling the revenue enhancement processes and reporting to a team leader.

Responsibilities:

• Using GDS/Suppliers to optimize SOTO conversion
• Fetch the fares from the various available markets and generate revenue.
• Understand types of commissions and deals and apply them to all relevant bookings.
• Effectively evaluate all online orders and adhere to the revenue enhancement process inline.
• Responding and prioritizing all email correspondence. Being customer-oriented.
• Working on the GDS to process refunds and amendments.
• Re-accommodating customers on schedule changes alternatives/reaccommodation.
• Effective reporting of all bookings and assisting in the reconciliation of orders.
• Maintain high quality standards and always adhere to the process, limiting any errors & Target oriented.

Profile Requirements :

• 1-2 experience in GDS (Mandate). Amadeus preferred.
• SOTO business knowledge – Preferred.
• Online travel experience – Preferred.
• Team player and committed.
