Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Office Maintenance: Coordinating office/furniture repairs.
  2. Meeting/Event Preparation: Room setup, including catering, teardown/clean up.
  3. Mail/Courier: Sorting and distributing documents & packages, as well as preparing documents & packages for delivery.
  4. Equipment Management: Understanding and operating office equipment, placing service calls as needed.
  5. Supply Provisioning & Inventory Control: Ordering, maintaining & distributing office supplies.
  6. Occupational Health & Safety: Member of the OH&S committee.
  7. Light Housekeeping: Wiping down counters, emptying dishwasher.
  8. Reception Relief: For breaks, lunches, and other times away.
  9. Scanning/Photocopying/Binding
  10. Overtime: Required as needed.
