Office Manager (Part-time, in Abu Dhabi)
We seek a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment.
This role is key to maintaining a productive and positive workplace while supporting various teams and company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for office needs.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and team members as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Organize and manage company events, team meetings, and other activities.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and organizing orientation materials.
- Address and resolve any office-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve office operations.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- A degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) for performing administrative tasks.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and managing various aspects of office operations.
- Quick response to emerging issues with the ability to find effective solutions.
- Positivity and ability to handle abstractly assigned tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Russian (desirable).
- Ready to start working in Abu Dhabi on short notice (relocation from other countries is not provided).
