A well-established UK law firm based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the overall office operations and support HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth and efficient day to day operation of the law firm while managing core HR processes.
The role requires a proactive and organised professional, with a strong knowledge of DIFC employment law.
The Role:
Overseeing the day to day administrative and operational activities of the firm to ensure a smooth and professional working environment.
Managing office facilities including procurement of supplies, office maintenance and vendor management.
Supporting employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues while ensuring legal compliance.
Ensuring the firm's HR and administrative practices comply with DIFC Employment Law and other relevant regulations.
To Qualify:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager in a law firm or professional services environment in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of DIFC Employment Law and UAE employment regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
