TempME is hiring a Temp Office Manager for a forward-thinking Crypto trading company based in JLT, Dubai. We are looking for a professional, proactive, and well-organised individual to join a vibrant and innovative office environment. This is a temporary role with the potential to be made permanent based on performance and business needs.

Key details:

• Location: JLT, Dubai
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Salary: 500 AED per day
• Visa Requirement: Must have own visa

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
• Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace is well-maintained
• Support the team with administrative tasks as required
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
