Job description

Our client is a FMCG company in the consumer goods industry and is looking to hire an Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
  2. Manage a team of administrative or support staff.
  3. Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
  4. Develop intra-office communication protocols.
  5. Streamline administrative procedures.
  6. Control inventory.
  7. Supervise office staff and delegate tasks.

We are looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. You should have experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and be able to work independently with little or no supervision. Being well organized, flexible, and enjoying the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people is essential.

You’re a good fit if you have:

  1. 4 years minimum experience in Office Administration.
  2. Excellent computer skills including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
