Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between the Dubai office and the People and Culture department
Ensure compliance to relevant employment laws in Dubai
Develop people plans that support the needs of the office
Identify future talent needs and proactively develop a talent repository
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Work with line managers to ensure performance management cycle is well established and adhered to
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field
6-8+ years of experience
Professional services/law firm experience
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
