Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1200 AED
Availability: Immediate

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of managing an office efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200 AED per month. We are open to considering applications from immigrants for this role.

Responsibilities:
The Office Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. Overseeing administrative staff and organizing their daily duties;
  2. Ensuring office operations run smoothly;
  3. Monitoring office supplies and ordering new items when needed;
  4. Developing and implementing administrative systems;
  5. Handling customer inquiries or complaints;
  6. Organizing staff meetings, events, and conferences;
  7. Maintaining filing systems and databases;
  8. Managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, etc.;
  9. Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings;
  10. Liaising with external vendors as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar position;
  2. Ability to lead teams in achieving goals while managing resources efficiently;
  3. Knowledge of basic accounting principles as well as HR policies and procedures;
  4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask;
  5. Outstanding communication ability both verbal and written;
  6. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  7. BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
