Managing the Office of the CEO including prioritizing and responding to competing and often ambiguous demands while proactively and comprehensively coordinating CEO daily activity.
Organizing all aspects of travel and related documentation.
Manage and maintain CEO's calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings and conference calls.
Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
Preparing reports as required.
Support the CEO with development of corporate strategies including providing assistance in developing, evaluating and building business cases and garnering support for projects and initiatives.
