We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and has a passion for managing the day-to-day operations of a busy office.

The successful candidate will have the responsibility of overseeing all administrative activities. They should ensure that all tasks related to the running of the office are completed efficiently and effectively. They should also ensure that all office staff are organized and productive, and that all equipment is maintained in top condition.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. They must possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and pay attention to detail. Proficient computer skills are also essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field would be beneficial but not essential. Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) are also required.
