We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900. We are open to considering a foreigner for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the office, including managing employees and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. The Office Manager will be expected to ensure all office procedures and protocols are followed, as well as maintain high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time
Plan, organize, and coordinate office activities and operations
Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
Create and maintain filing systems for all documents
Oversee order entry and invoicing processes
Prepare reports on office expenses
Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role is preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Good communication skills both written and verbal in English (Arabic is an asset)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential
Knowledge of accounting principles is an asset
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
