Office Manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

The role of Office Manager requires strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines. The successful candidate should be very organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership abilities.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Office Manager is preferred but not required
  2. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  4. Excellent organizational skills
  5. Ability to work independently or in a team setting
  6. Ability to work under pressure
  7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  8. Willingness to take initiative and suggest process improvements
  9. Knowledge of office procedures
  10. Knowledge of scheduling software (e.g., Outlook) is preferred but not required
  11. Ability to work with minimal supervision

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the office by ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  2. Ensure that all office supplies are well stocked at all times
  3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
  4. Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
  5. Maintain filing systems both physical and electronic
  6. Answer phone calls from customers or clients in a professional manner
  7. Monitor incoming emails, faxes & mail distribution
  8. Handle a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing & document preparation
  9. Assist other departments if needed
  10. Assist in preparing reports or presentations

Working Conditions:

The Office Manager will be expected to work full-time hours from 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. There may be times when overtime is required due to special projects or events. The position will require sitting at a desk for extended periods of time using a computer.
