We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, maintaining records, and carrying out general clerical duties.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational skills and basic computer knowledge. We are ready to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintaining records of office activities
Answering phone calls and emails
Managing filing systems
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Assisting with general office work such as photocopying, faxing, filing etc.
Arranging travel bookings when necessary
Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not necessary
Immigrant status is welcome; minimal work experience is acceptable
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
