Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve company employees and visitors drinks.
  • Keep company kitchen and equipment clean.
  • Distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Deliver mail, messages, documents, and packages between departments.
  • Keep the office organized and clean.
  • Ensure that standards of quality and quantity of work are met and support the achievement of company strategic goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Parts Picker or Store Helper

  • Receives, stores and distributes parts to both Retail & W/shop counters.
  • Reads parts order, shipping order or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
  • Sorts & places materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style and color or product code.
  • Carries materials and items from receiving area to storage or to other designated areas.
  • Assembles and packs customers’ orders from stock and places them in pallets or boxes.
  • Marks materials with identifying information, using stencil, crayon or other marking device. Opens bales, crates and other containers using tools.
  • Records amount of materials or items received or distributed.
  • Weighs and counts items for distribution within store to ensure conformance to Company Standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: High School or equivalent education is required.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years work experience is required.

Languages: Basic communication skills in English.
