Job Description

Areas of Focus

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing records.
  • Support the office in maintaining a tidy and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain office cleanliness at all times.
  • Communicate in a friendly, helpful, and non-prejudicial manner in dealings with staff, crew, clients, and/or customers, representing the department and the Company.
  • Take an active part in Safety, Environmental, Health, and Quality culture within the company.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the navigation and vetting manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Your Professional Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
  • A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
