Office Assistant Vacancy in Reef Al Fujairah City, UAE

We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support for our organization in Reef Al Fujairah City, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a valid biometric passport and prior experience working in an office setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general office duties such as:

  1. Filing
  2. Sorting and distributing mail
  3. Answering phones
  4. Taking messages
  5. Scheduling appointments
  6. Data entry
  7. Other related tasks as assigned

The Office Assistant will also be expected to undertake any other duties as required by the company.
