Job description

Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and reliableOffice Assistantto join our team inDubai. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the overall efficiency of our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient and placing orders as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Provide support to the HR and finance teams by maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll-related tasks.
  • Ensure the office is tidy and presentable, including managing common areas, office equipment, and maintaining office cleanliness.
  • Assist with filing, organizing, and archiving documents both physically and digitally.
  • Handle travel arrangements, such as booking flights and accommodation for staff as required.
  • Assist with coordinating company events, meetings, and activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;Bachelor's degreeis a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
