Job Title: Office Assistant (Visa Sponsorship Available) - Bani Yas City, UAE

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Bani Yas City, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office. This includes:

  1. Organizing and maintaining files
  2. Handling incoming calls and emails
  3. Scheduling appointments
  4. Ordering supplies
  5. Preparing documents
  6. Managing databases
  7. Other administrative tasks as required

Experience is not necessary; however, preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in an administrative or customer service role. We are willing to offer visa sponsorship for all nationalities. Fluency in English is required. Full-time position available now.
