Office Assistant Vacancy in Bani Yas City, UAE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Bani Yas City. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent administrative and organizational skills, be highly self-motivated, and have the ability to work well with minimal supervision.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including but not limited to:

  1. Data entry
  2. Filing documents
  3. Scheduling meetings
  4. Answering phone calls and emails from clients/customers
  5. Helping other staff members with any tasks as needed

Our company offers competitive compensation of 1300 per month for the Office Assistant role. In addition to a base salary, we offer a generous benefits package that includes health insurance coverage, vacation time, and sick pay benefits.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in an office environment or related role
  2. A high school diploma or equivalent
  3. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  4. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Arabic
  5. A valid UAE driving license is preferred but not required
