Office Assistant Vacancy in Reef Al Fujairah City UAE

Position Title: Office Assistant

Location: Reef Al Fujairah City

Salary: 1200 AED per month

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Office Assistant to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and handle the daily tasks of an office environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including:

  1. Answering phones
  2. Managing emails
  3. Filing documents
  4. Data entry

The Office Assistant should be able to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and possess strong problem-solving skills. They should also have proficiency in MS Office applications and other related software as needed. Additionally, the candidate should have a good command of English as well as a friendly attitude with clients.
