The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to the smooth running of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200 per month, and we are ready to consider an immigrant.

Job Responsibilities
Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional manner
Maintain office supplies by ordering, stocking, and distributing materials as needed
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
Manage filing systems - both physical and electronic - for easy access to documents
Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes during meetings, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Previous experience working in an administrative role preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively while paying attention to detail
