Office Assistant (Part-Time) in Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This is a part-time role with accommodation and free visa and ticket provided. Indian nationals are preferred but not required.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the team. Duties will include:

  1. Filing
  2. Data entry
  3. Answering calls
  4. Managing emails
  5. Scheduling meetings and events
  6. Maintaining records
  7. Preparing documents
  8. Ordering supplies

The ideal candidate must be organized and have excellent communication skills as well as basic computer knowledge.


Requirements:

  1. Indian nationality preferred but not required
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  3. Excellent organizational and communication skills
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  5. Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
  6. Flexible schedule for part-time hours
