Office Assistant Vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE

An experienced Office Assistant is needed at a well-established company in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. We are especially interested in candidates who already possess a visa to work in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience working as an office assistant and must be Indian or of Indian origin. English proficiency is not required for this role.

The Office Assistant will report to the Management team and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company’s staff members. This includes managing daily office operations, coordinating meetings and events, preparing business correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Office Assistant must also be able to maintain accurate records and provide data entry support when necessary.

Additionally, the successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively with attention to detail. They should also possess strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders. Familiarity with MS Office applications is essential for this role.
