Job Description: The Office Assistant is a key function of the company and is responsible for day-to-day administrative support operations, as well as customer service and relations. The primary duties and responsibilities of the Office Assistant include but are not limited to:
Greet visitors and clients, provide assistance as needed
Answer phone calls and direct to the appropriate department
Manage customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner
Monitor and ensure compliance with office standards and procedures
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Prepare documents for internal and external review
Provide support to sales, marketing and other operations personnel
