Job Title: Office Assistant (Malayalees/Egyptian Preferred)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee or Egyptian national and must possess strong communication skills in English.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and carrying out general office duties. This includes:

  1. Answering phones
  2. Filing documents
  3. Preparing reports
  4. Organizing meetings and events
  5. Coordinating travel arrangements
  6. Managing databases

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.

This is a part-time position with free visa and ticket provided for the successful applicant. Applicants without experience are also welcome to apply. This position is open to both men and women.
