Office Assistant Vacancy in El-Fujairah, UAE

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in common office programs.

The Office Assistant will ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently by providing administrative/clerical support to all departments as needed. This role also requires multitasking and attention to detail. The successful candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting in organizing, scheduling, and maintaining the office
  2. Answering and routing phone calls
  3. Sending and receiving mail
  4. Maintaining filing systems
  5. Preparing necessary documents for meetings and other activities
  6. Data entry and recordkeeping

The salary for this position is AED 1200 per month. We are also open to considering candidates from foreign countries.
