Job Title: Office Assistant - El-Fujairah, UAE
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and a minimum of one year of administrative experience.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff, managing daily operations in the office, handling incoming calls and emails from clients, organizing and maintaining files, keeping up with office supplies and equipment, and ensuring that the office is running smoothly. Additional duties may include providing support to customers and preparing reports.
We prefer candidates from Egypt who are eligible for a free visa and ticket to join our team for a seasonal position. However, we welcome applications from all nationalities who meet the qualifications above.
