Job description

Our company is seeking an office aide to be responsible for clerical tasks in our workplace. You will be managing inbound telephone calls as well as various other communications, greeting customers and visitors, managing data, updating documentation and records, and performing other general office tasks.

In order to be selected as a candidate, you will need to have clear writing skills and proficiency with data processing applications. A pleasant personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing inbound calls and other communications.
  2. Maintaining the filing system.
  3. Recording information as needed.
  4. Welcoming customers and visitors.
  5. Updating documents and preserving records.
  6. Assisting in organizing and maintaining office common areas.
  7. Performing basic office tasks.
  8. Organizing travel by booking accommodations and appointments as required.
  9. Coordinating events as necessary.
  10. Keeping inventory stock.
  11. Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  12. Assisting with client reception.
  13. Experience as a virtual assistant is a plus.

Salary: $3000+ per month

Location: Norway
