Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Wipe the tables, switch on photocopying machine & showcase light, replenish paper in photocopy, and fax machines & printers.
  2. Ensure the cleanliness & tidiness of the whole area including the offices, reception area, meeting room, conference room & washrooms.
  3. Prepare & serve drinks to managers & guests and for the staff if necessary.
  4. Assist the secretaries / coordinators in faxing, photocopying, filling of documents & disbursing letters / documents etc. to other departments.
  5. Collect documents & mails from the business center to be distributed to the concerned staff.
  6. Take telephone calls in the absence of the secretary.
  7. Guide the micro staff to ensure proper cleaning & disposing of garbage.

Qualifications:

• High School degree / Hospitality / HRM

• Interpersonal Skills

• Communication Skills

• Physically fit

• Memory & Organization Skills
