Job description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and clerical tasks in our office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations by handling documentation, assisting staff, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and stationery.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support staff with document preparation, printing, and photocopying.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Assist in receiving and directing visitors and guests.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
  • Maintain records of office expenses and petty cash (if required).
  • Provide support to different departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role (UAE experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
  • Willingness to take on various office support tasks as needed.
