Job description

We are hiring an Office Assistant or Office Boy in a real estate company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recording information as needed.
  2. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  3. Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  4. Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  5. Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  6. Managing filing system.
  7. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
  8. Helping coworkers with administrative duties.
  9. Handling administrative responsibilities.

Compensation: Good salary plus visa.

Location: Inside the UAE (M/F)
