This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant at Peristylia Designs located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out administrative duties such as greeting clients, managing phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, filing and data management, and other clerical duties as needed. The candidate should be able to operate basic office equipment such as material library, printers, photocopiers, and scanners.
Qualifications
Phone etiquette, communication, and administrative assistance skills
Proficient in basic office equipment and clerical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Strong organization and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Fluent in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
Experience in the interior design or luxury hospitality industry is a plus
