Office Assistant Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an Office Assistant for our office in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. This position will report directly to the office manager and is responsible for providing administrative support to staff, performing clerical duties, as well as providing general assistance to ensure smooth operation of the office.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, be able to multitask and handle multiple demands simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in administration or a related field.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for:

  1. Answering phone calls
  2. Filing documents
  3. Preparing reports
  4. Processing orders
  5. Ordering supplies
  6. Distributing mail
  7. Providing general administrative support such as photocopying documents and sorting incoming mail

The candidate should also possess strong customer service skills as they will occasionally be required to deal with customer queries or complaints. They should be familiar with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel and should be able to type accurately at a reasonable speed.

This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1800 per month plus other benefits such as medical insurance. We are open to considering applicants from overseas on the condition that they can provide valid work permits/visas.
