Job description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Boy to support our administrative team.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office including common areas and meeting rooms.
  2. Assist with the preparation and setup of meeting rooms for conferences and presentations.
  3. Deliver and collect documents, mail, and packages within and outside the office.
  4. Support administrative staff with basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  5. Ensure that office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary.
  6. Provide assistance to visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
