We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration and should be able to take on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Manage documents and records such as invoices, contracts, and bank statements.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff members to ensure smooth running of daily operations.
Prepare reports and presentations as requested by management.
Provide administrative support to the team including scheduling meetings and organizing events.
Ensure that the office is well stocked with supplies.
Handle petty cash payments.
Maintain office equipment.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is required.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language would be advantageous).
Salary: 1100 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
