Office Assistant Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an Office Assistant for our Abu-Dhabi office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Managing all incoming/outgoing mail
  2. Ensuring the office is well stocked with supplies
  3. Organizing internal and external meetings
  4. Maintaining records and filing systems
  5. Preparing documents and reports as required
  6. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  7. Providing administrative support to the team

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
  2. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
